COMMIT-OS was founded by Robin Huisma from a single observation: sales reports what it says, not what the customer proves. You don’t close that gap with yet another method or CRM field — but with a standard that enforces customer movement.
Why
The pattern that kept repeating.
After years in commercial leadership, Robin kept seeing the same thing: forecasts full of deals ’almost closed’ for quarters, with no one checking whether the customer actually moved. COMMIT-OS makes that check a standard.

COMMIT-OS is young. We’re developing the standard with the first design partners — sales leaders, consultants and CRM partners who recognise the same gap.

An open standard, not a product.
COMMIT-OS is an open evidence standard — not a company you use, not a tool you buy. The standard is public. Anyone may read it, apply it, and pass it on. The execution is certified. The standard itself is at no cost.
