COMMIT-OS only processes data that you provide yourself via the QuickScan form or direct contact.
- What we collect
- Name, company, role, email address and any context you provide in the QuickScan form.
- How we use it
- Solely to follow up on your request. COMMIT-OS does not sell data and does not use it for marketing without consent.
- Storage
- QuickScan requests are received by email. Numbered copy requests and certification results are stored in a secure database. Data is not shared with third parties.
- The Daily Deal
- Through The Daily Deal you can voluntarily provide your name and email address to put your streak on the public leaderboard and/or receive a daily morning email. Legal basis: consent. Only name and streak data are publicly visible — never your email address. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link in your confirmation email: your name is immediately removed from the leaderboard and morning emails stop. Inactive opt-ins are automatically deleted after 24 months. Playing anonymously is always possible without leaving any data.
